This new boutique hotel has been architechturally designed and purpose built to the highest standards with spacious rooms and quality fittings. Its design influence is found in Southern France and the hotels' decor carries a European sense of sophistication and style throughout.

Guests can enjoy views of the surrounding mountains and adjacent Queenstown Gardens. Guests can even enjoy watching the gondola with its bungy jumping and parapenting from their windows.

All guest rooms are fully carpeted with luxurious pure New Zealand wool carpeting and equipped with quality linen and towels. To ensure restful slumber, the walls between the Guest Rooms are all 150mm (6") thick. In addition, the doors to the hallway are fitted with special seals to ensure quiet closing.

Each tastefully furnished bedroom features either a super king or two king size twin beds (you can choose), a full height wardrobe and ample drawer space.

In addition the rooms have: iron and ironing board, fast internet, fresh home made brownies on arrival, electric blankets, surround sound DVD, temperature controlled rooms and the bathrooms have underfloor heating.
