It is ideal for visiting the Richard Meyer Ara Pacis Museum and shopping in the exclusive boutiques on Via Condotti Flaminio. There is a metro station close to the hotel, which gives you access to the entire city. Nearby attractions include Piazza del Popolo, Borgese Garden, Spanish Steps, Ara Pacis, etc.

Set in a converted 19th century palace, rooms at The First Luxury Art Hotel are elegant and refined. They feature modern furniture, contemporary works of art, Sky TV and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms have a terrace with a hot tub.

Guests can dine inside at The First Luxury Hotel's Michelin Star Restaurant All'Oro or outside on the roof terrace. Snacks and cocktails are served in the Lounge Bar. This boutique hotel also offers a business centre, chauffer-driven cars and a personal shopper service.

There are 6 deluxe rooms and 23 suites for a total of 29 rooms. Each room and suite has 1 king size bed (no twin beds available).
Extra Beds:1 extra bed in the suite category only.

Deluxe Room: Furnished with contemporary design pieces, a king-size bed and featuring a small office area. Each Deluxe Suite can be connected to another Deluxe Suite to accommodate families. 20 m2.
Junior Suite: Features a king-size bed and a sitting area with sofa and two armchairs placed around a fireplace. 35 m2.
The Art Suite: Features a sitting area with fireplace, sofa, and armchairs. The sleeping area has a king size bed and stainless steel desk. There are two large bathrooms with shower and Jacuzzi tub. 56 m2.
Jacuzzi Suite: Features private 17 m2 terrace complete with Jacuzzi tub and wicker lounge chairs. There is a sitting area with sofa and armchairs, oak desk with stainless steel base, king size bed and a marble bath.
