No rooms are held until guaranteed by a deposit. 50% of total payment or credit card number is required to secure the booking.
Cancellation policy:
notify the hotel of cancellation and reductions no later than 3 days in advance in low season, 7 days in advance in high season and 14 days in advance in peak season. Otherwise, a cancellation charge equivalent to one night of total room charge will be applied.
