| Booking and cancellation policy | All costs, prices, and policies, including exchange rates and package deals, may change and should be confirmed with the hotel upon booking. Rates are per day, per room, per Suite or per Apartment, Breakfast is included. Local tax : 1.65 Euro per person, per day. Half Board is available for a supplement and can be taken in one of 10 restaurants in the station : Le Hussard, Le Grand Café, Le Bal, L?Anerie, La Locomotive, La Grange, Le Café de la Poste or La Cloche, and in Le Cap Horn restaurant on the slopes, on reservation. Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the stay and is not refundable even in circumstances beyond the control of the guest control. Once the period reserved has commenced the entire cost of the stay is due even in the case of a no-show or departure earlier than anticipated. Cancellation Policy : Between 42 and 30 days of the due date of arrival : 80 % of the total stay is due. Less than 29 days of the due date of arrival : 100 % of the total amount is due. A 3% surcharge is applied to credit card payments. |
