Completely renovated at the end of 2002, the corridors and stairway in the Hôtel de Banville opt for simplicity and elegance. In keeping with the 1930s architecture, Parisian stone walls, marble and the highly ornamental black rail are now highlighted by the deep red of the room doors and the linen drapes at the windows. The ultimate detail comes with the unusual floor lighting accentuating the plate glass thresholds that are engraved with the room numbers.
