You can go game fishing on the 37-foot Little Frégate Bird. Her sister vessel, the 43-foot motor yacht Frégate Bird, is also available for charter. Bring home your catch of the day and one of the chefs will serve it to you for dinner.

There's a fully equipped gym, a fresh water swimming pool, an extensive library and a children's game room. Golfers can head to the course on nearby Praslin Island.

The first indigenous spa in the Seychelles is due to open on Frégate in May 2004. Located on one of the peaks of the island, guests will approach the spa through a natural rock archway under the roots of banyan trees. The spa will have various pools and rocks situated around the buildings that will echo the natural local creole architecture. The terraces will have open-air stone baths and massage tables to enable treatments to be given outdoors. An apothecary will make many of the remedial therapies on location from native ingredients and will allow guests to choose their preferred treatment. Oils will be also be imported from India and traditional therapies for ailments, detoxification, rejuvination and revitalisation will be available.

New 25 Ft swimming pool built into the rocks near the Frégate House the new infinity pool will be completed in June 2004. The pools infinity edge spills over the horizon into a waterfall which cascades down the rocks towards the ocean.

Guests are able to enjoy the peaceful setting of the tennis court area amid lush tropical palms and trees, a thatched gazebo provides welcome shade and a place for refreshment.

Childrens Castaway Club: on arrival children 'check in' to the club and receive their own passport and adventure rucksack with various surprise items for survival and discovery. They explore the island, make new friends and learn new skills. Various eco-adventures in the forest allow the children to discover the rare and special creatures of Frégate. A wide variety of other activities are available including basketball, tennis, rock climbing, kite flying and water sports.

To help you discover the island unparalleled wildlife, island ecologists are on hand to guide hikes through the island's tropical jungles and along its rugged coastline.

Instruction and certification in scuba diving and snorkeling is available at the PADI-certified dive center. To the north of Frégate is Chimney Rocks, one of many popular diving locations where you can explore the dazzling underwater world that encircles the island.

You can mountain bike your way along trails that cross the island, go Hobie Cat sailing, book a sunset cruise or simply stay at home and have a massage on your deck.

The connection between Mahé, the main island upon which the Seychelles International Airport is located, and Frégate Island is by private chartered aircraft (Aeroplane or Helicopter). The connection has to be booked in advance by the guest at the appropriate rate. Reservations for this connection can be made through Unique Experiences GmbH.

Shared transfer flights may be available for the fifteen-minute transfer to Frégate Island. Guests who wish to use this service may do so by advising Frégate Island Private, and every effort will be made to combine passengers for a flight, however, please be informed that shared transfers are unlikely due to different international flight arrangements of clients.
