Villa Ammonit, built in 1910, is situated in a small street in the heart of Berlin-Lichterfelde. It is surrounded by villas, old officer's houses, private residences, an embassy, and park areas near the Teltow Canal. A ten minute walk to the S-Bahn or the buses takes you to Charlottenburg, the Central Station, or an additional 20 minutes takes you to the Potsdamer Platz.

Villa Ammonit, protected as a historic building, was built by architect Adolph Born. There are small reliefs on the outer walls of the villa and one of them is an ammonite. Originally built as a luxury private residence, Villa Ammonit was enlarged with a Ballroom in 1915. A 2007 renovation restored all the beautiful historic details. The ammonites, mostly formed in spiral shapes, also stand as symbols for success and happiness.

Villa Ammonit only features calm guest rooms, one with a balcony. A suite is also available. The house is personally decorated with love and care in all details.
