Seehotel am Neuklostersee, Neuklostersee

This little hotel is set on the shore of Lake Neukloster in the region of Mecklenburg-Neupommern and opened its doors in 1993. It consists of two buildings; an old brick farmhouse dating from the beginning of the 20th Century, and a wooden structured barn with a thatched roof which dates from the 19th Century. Before opening, the hotel was painstakingly refurbished sparing no expenditure. All the rooms and bathrooms are individually decorated and differenciated by unique materials and colours while furnished with beautiful antiques.

The restaurant has a mediterranean character and offers fine food made from fresh local ingredients. There is also a well stocked wine cellar. From the wooden terrace of the restaurant there are breathtaking views over the lake and towards the surrounding greenbelt protected countryside.
