Fitness Membership for regular travellers:
The monthly fee of Rp. 350,000.- includes use of swimming pool, pool towels, sun loungers. Plus get 10% discount on F&B consumption by showing your membership card.

Booking and cancellation policy
Cancellation and No show policy:
- Cancellation made within 14 ? 8 days before arrival incurs one night cancellation fee and 7 to arrival date incurs full length of stay.
- In case of no Show, full length of stay will be charged and no refund will be granted for guest checking out earlier than the booking.
- Cancellation should be made in writing and acknowledged by Villa Mahapala.
Payment terms & conditions: Full Prepayment 30 days prior to guest arrival or ranging until minimum 72 hours prior to guest arrival for last minutes bookings.

Children under 12 years old at free of charge and maximum 1 child in one bedroom pool villa using the existing day bed. The swimming pools are designed for adults. They recommend children to be accompanied or under parental supervision at all times.
