Winner of several awards, this property is a large rambling country house set on 570 acres of park land, with a walled garden and its own 18 hole championship golf course. It is less than an hour from Dublin yet it is in a different world. In fact, the O'Flynn Family insist that it is not a hotel.

Dining: locally produced or organically home-grown ingredients are used in the kitchen. Recommended by international good food and hotel guides, Rathsallagh is also a member of Ireland's prestigious Blue Book. The menu at Rathsallagh is country house cooking at its best - game in season and fresh fish are specialties. The dining room has an impressive wine list featuring all the great appellations. Breakfast in Rathsallagh is an experience in itself and has won the National Breakfast Awards four times.
Special events: There are 5 meeting rooms for a maximum of 75 people. The dining room at Rathsallagh House can cater for up to 120 people. Catering for weddings and private dining is also available. Dine together seated around the O'Flynn's original antique dining room table which can seat up to 22 people with ease. Rathsallagh has hosted a large number of wedding receptions and can cater for up to 130 people with ease and can also host Weddings for up to 175 in the Golf Club House from October to March. Activities: Rathsallagh has a lot to offer besides its unique setting, luxurious accommodation and fine cuisine. Enjoy a round of golf on their 18 hole championship golf course or improve your game at the Brendan McDaid Golf Academy. Avail of the sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, tennis, croquet on the front lawn or a game of snooker. For the more adventurous, there is clay pigeon shooting, and archery. Fishing on local rivers, horse riding, and walking on the Wicklow mountains less than 20 minutes away can be arranged. They can also arrange other services for guests including massages and aromatherapy.
Golf:Designed by Christy O'Connor Jnr and Peter McEvoy the golf course at Rathsallagh has rapidly taken its place as one of the top golf courses in Ireland. After only two years in operation it was officially listed in the top 30 (out of over 350) of Ireland's Greatest Golf Courses of 1997.
