Each of the 50 rooms features: private balcony, air conditioning, ceiling fan, in-room safe, hair dryer, telephone, satellite TV, VCR, clock radio, coffeemaker, iron and ironing board.
Junior suites also offer: sleeper sofa, seating area, and mini refrigerators.
No rooms have direct access to beach although all rooms are in very close proximity to beach. Coyaba's rooms are furnished plantation-style with large French doors leading to private balconies. All four room categories vary in terms of view and size (500 square feet to 575 square feet). Junior Suite rooms are larger than Deluxe rooms and have added sofa (sleeper) seating areas and mini-refrigerators. Connecting rooms are available in Junior Suite to Deluxe combinations. Rooms are situated on first, second and third floors, there are no elevators.

Dining: Three restaurants and bars on the property range from beach casual to eclectic New Caribbean Cuisine. The approach to the cuisine is simple - good food and great service. They have a solid local reputation for some of the finest cuisine on the island and often are the destination for other guests from neighboring hotels.
Theme Nights - Native Night: Saturdays by the pool (weather permitting). Local Jamaican cuisine Native Show, local craftsmen/artisans. - Seafood Night: Thursdays by the pool (weather permitting).
Executive Chef Oliver Oertel, born in Germany, comes to Coyaba via Canada and Australia. Having resided as a chef in Jamaica for the past nine years he is no stranger to Caribbean Cuisine. Chef Oertel was elected Jamaica's "Chef of the Year" in 1996 and "Biggest Achiever of the Year" in 1999 by the international Chef's organization Les Toques Blanches. Additionally, he has won Gold medals and special awards in both local and international culinary competitions. Of particular note are two Gold medals won as a member of the Jamaican National Culinary Team in competition against twenty one other Caribbean nations. Most evenings he can be found behind the line or circulating amongst satisfied customers in The Vineyard.
The Vineyard: Open aired and classically Caribbean, the main dining room is located on the east side of the lobby. This plantation inspired restaurant features freshly baked goods in the mornings accompanied by hearty breakfasts. Their more sophisticated side is on display in the evening along with nightly entertainment to accompany an eclectic Caribbean dinner. For dinner, jackets are not required however, long slacks are required. Breakfast served 7 am - 10:30 am.

Docks Bar and Grill:
Named after their signature jetty that skirts the property, Dock's is located next to the pool and overlooks the sea. This restaurant echoes the cobalt blues and greens of our Caribbean Sea with an open kitchen serving sandwiches and salads, along with more locally exotic daily specials. Lunch served 12 noon - 6 pm.
Dress code - Cover-ups required for revealing bathing suits.
Polo Grounds:
Home to equestrian memorabilia of the polo playing members of the family, this richly appointed lounge caters to those seeking country club familiarity with an Old World feel. Cool and dark, it serves a wide variety of unpretentious food and is a favorite hangout for both guests and the "in" local MoBay crowd. Located above the Lobby, the Polo Grounds is open from 6:00 pm to 12 midnight.
Dress code for dining: for lunch at Dock's Bar & Grill: casual attire shorts and t-shirts, jeans, sundresses and similar apparel recommended. Bathing suit cover-ups are required. Full service facilities on property include water sports, tennis court, gym and massage with golf, diving and horseback riding within 5 minutes drive. While Coyaba is perfect for lounging, there are lots of things to do for those who just can't sit still. Some of the activities that can be booked from their tour desk include:
Tennis: Coyaba's Laykold court is available for guest use at no charge during the day (there is a nominal charge for lights at night). A free tennis clinic is held Mon - Sat (4-6 pm) by their visiting tennis pro. It's a great way to meet your fellow guests and work up a sweat at the same time.
Fitness Room: open-aired fitness room with treadmills, stepper, weight machine, rower and stationary bikes.
Water sports: All on-property water sports are non-motorized to preserve the peaceful nature of the beach area.
Available at no charge to guests: sunfish sailboat, pedal boat, kayaks, pool/beach floats, snorkelling equipment, and aqua-view kickboards. All other water sports activities are available nearby and can be accessed via the tour desk in the lobby.
Beach: A private stretch of white sand beach runs the full length of the property providing the perfect backdrop for tropical lounging. Service is presided over by long serving staff who take personal interest in your comfort.
Pools: One 40' x 25' freshwater - Not heated, Jacuzzi, One 12' diameter, 3' deep, heated.

Booking and cancellation policy
In order to guarantee the reservation, credit card details are required. The credit card must be in the same name as the guest. A deposit is required to confirm and they CANNOT take the deposit if the card holder and the guest are different. If the credit card is in a different name, the hotel cannot guarantee the reservation and the guest will have to pay with cash or their own credit card when they are there. A three night deposit is required in winter; one night deposit in summer. To avoid forfeiture of deposit, cancellation is required 14 days prior to scheduled arrival during winter period and 7 days prior during summer. Cancellation of 90 days prior to arrival is required for stays between December 23 and January 4. No deposit refund will be made in case of "no show".
