Booking and cancellation policy

All reservations must be confirmed by credit card. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, a minimum of 48 hours advance notice is required to avoid a 100% charge for the full length of stay. However, No.5 Maddox Street guarantees a refund for any nights that are re-let. Longer term rates and conditions available on request. All rates are per night and are exclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
