With just 4 intimate rooms, Riad 72 is more than a bed and breakfast. Riad 72 is a little palace in the medina or Old City of Marrakesh combining traditional hospitality with boutique hotel standards of service. Riad 72 is perfect for a small group to occupy the entire place, for a romantic honeymoon, or for anyone who values peace and quiet and the personal touch. Also the dry climate of Marrakesh is an ideal way to overcome joint and bone pains associated with humid climates.

Riad 72 is located in a pedestrian street in the famous Dar El Bacha Qantiques, one of the smartest districts in Marrakesh with vehicle access and attended parking areas. Experience all the splendor of the orient and enjoy the palm trees, banana plants, and fountain in the large interior patio. A panoramic roof terrace with solarium is one of the highest in the city and affords a view of the entire old city.

The Lile Bridal Room: 20 square metres, 160cm x 200cm queen size bed; peephole windows and zouak (hand-painted wood) ceiling, personal Hammam and direct access to open balcony with reading area.

The Amal Luxury Double Room: 35 square metres, 2 x 200cm x 100 m twin beds, , Southern Sahara textiles in traditional tie-dye and spectacular "mashrabia" balcony - turned-wood lattice-work used to screen areas and provide privacy - inset with a two-metre long bath tub

The Zahwa Luxury Double Room: 35 square metres, 180cm x 200cm king size bed on mezzanine level, fragrant 1920s cedar wood ceilings, charcoal tadelakt shower room and secret doorway to the roof terrace

The Karma Suite: 70 square metres. The "cube" offers a 180cm x 200cm king size bed in a room of 7m x 7m x 6m, proportions lit by a beautiful carved cupola with sky lights, large square bath tub and chaise longue by Cappellinni. Perfect for honeymooners

Dining: The Riad's cook prepares all dishes from the freshest seasonal ingredients and is happy to adapt to guest requests with previous notice. Book a table in advance because meals are planned and prepared accordingly.

Facilities and services include a bookshop featuring publications on art and handicrafts, a solarium, and a hi-fi music center with a selection of oriental music.

Wellness: Enjoy the hammam, steambath where you can sample genuine Eastern relaxation and beauty treatments. Their expert masseuse and Yoga specialist are happy to help you overcome aches and pains. There is no swimming pool but there is a pool.

Golf: Royal Golf-Amelkis-Palmeraie Golf Palace (about 15 minutes by taxi).

Special Events: The whole riad can be rented on an exclusive basis for groups of 8-12 people max. This is the ideal venue for birthdays, family reunions or themed parties with live entertainment such as Moroccan folk dancers and singers.

Children under 4 years old stay for free (cot). Older children and extra guests are charged 30 - 50 Euro each.
