It has 8 rooms located on two floors, each one with its own personality. Luxuriate in the oasis of freshness and subtle aroma of rose petals in the central patio or courtyard. The Mrah at Riad Abracadabra still features a wonderfully preserved mosaic made with zellij of Fez and a central fountain that radiates peace with the sound of water.
Open to the sky, is a large roof terrace with hammocks and armchairs, a bar serving various cocktails, and tables to have breakfast as the city wakes up. Enjoy a swim in the pool, contemplate the sunset, drink a mint tea or sunbathe on the relaxing-beds overlooking the rooftops of Marrakech, the minarets and the snowy peaks of the Atlas Mountains.
Type of rooms: Riad AbracadabraRiad Abracadabra has two comfortable Double Rooms, three wide double Junior Suites, and three spacious Deluxe Suites with capacity for two persons each. The Merlin Deluxe Suite and Madame Mim Deluxe Suite have two sofas that convert into two additional and comfortable beds extending the total capacity to 4 people per room.
Merlin Deluxe Suite (4 persons per room): located on the ground floor, this is a duplex (two level) room of 35 m2 with direct access to the courtyard, and has narrow stairs. The bedroom is on the top floor with a king size double bed. A cozy lounge on the bottom floor has 2 sofas that convert into 2 extra beds. There is an exclusive library with interesting books.
Madame Mim Deluxe Suite (4 persons per room): located on the ground floor, this is a duplex (two level) room of 35 m2 with direct access to the courtyard, and has narrow stairs. The bedroom is on the top floor with a king size double bed. A cozy lounge on the bottom floor has 2 sofas that convert into 2 extra beds. There is an exclusive library with interesting books.
Oz Deluxe Suite (2 persons): Located between the ground floor and the first floor and accessed by the main stairs, this spacious room of 33 m2 has an entrance hall, dressing room and a large bedroom with a king size bed and two libraries packed with books and magazines.
Aladin Junior Suite (2 persons): Located on the first floor, this 24 m2 room features a bedroom with king size double bed and a wide dressing room. The bathroom has a fantastic bathtub.
Panoramix Junior Suite (2 persons): Located on the first floor, this 25 m2 room features a wide bedroom with a king size bed and a cozy area for reading or working.
Harry Potter Junior Suite (2 persons): Located on the first floor, this 25 m2 suit features enormous large windows both in the room as well as in the bathroom. The room has a king size double bed.
Peter Pan Double Room (2 persons): located on the first floor, this charming 17 m2 room features a wide bathroom and 2 twin beds. It is the largest Double Room.
Campanile Double Room (2 persons): located on the first floor, this charming 17 m2 room features a wide bathroom and 2 twin beds.

Dining: For guests only, the restaurant features a simple but careful menu combining Moroccan specialties and Spanish delights designed especially for Riad Abracadabra. Enjoy the typical Moroccan small pies or briouates, classic lamb couscous, or Spanish gazpacho and potato tortilla. The appetizers offer snacks such as a selection peanuts and almonds or dipping vegetables with varied sauces. The restaurant also has the classic Club Sandwich, salads, and two varieties of pasta. Any dish can be served on the terrace or indoors.
RA Terrasse Bar: selected cocktails, quality wines and appetizers served during swimming pool hours and throughout the night.
Swimming pool: located on the roof with views of the Koutoubia and the Atlas mountain range. Open most of the year. Lounge in the hammocks and enjoy the background music.
Satellite TV: Generally the aim is to disconnect from western life as much as possible, but for those who do not want to miss a sports match or the news on CNN, the Riad has a TV in each of its rooms with free international channels.
WiFi: free WiFi internet connection available in all rooms.
Safe: All rooms have a safe in their dressing rooms.
Reading: multiple libraries with books and magazines of all kinds.
Newspapers: Upon request, the local newspaper can be delivered daily and also international newspapers but from the previous day.
Airport transfers: tell them your flight number and estimated time of arrival upon booking so they can collect you from the airport. For your departure, please tell the hotel staff your timetable for your return flight and they will organize a service to drive you to the airport. There is a fee each way for this service, normally charged per room.
Chauffeur's service for getting around: they have a professional Chauffeur service at your disposal if you require a chauffeur to visit the city, to go to the golf course, to go to have dinner at a restaurant or for an excursion.
Activities: Request staff to book any activity (massage, Spa, restaurant etc.) in your name
Massages: Massages can be organized within the Riad.
Special Events: They can organize any type of event: wedding, anniversary, and theme trips such as golf, adventure or even a romantic trip.
Groups: You can book the whole Riad exclusively. Ask about airport transfer fees for a group.
The Building: Family owned and operated, Riad Abracadabra was lovingly restored by cousins Inés and Bruno. After two years of restoration using local and traditional materials such as the tadelakt (polished handcrafted cement), the zellij of Fez or the bejmat (baked clay) Riad Abracadabra opened to the public in June 2009. The main materials are common: ground of dess, original partitions of tadelakt, bereber carpets and windows with Mozarabic gratings. A judicious combination of Moroccan tradition and colonial comfort combine with immaculate white surroundings.
Aiport transfers are 21 EUR per room each way.

How to get here: Riad Abracadabra has an unsurpassable location. It is situated in the Medina just two minutes walk or only 200 metres from Marrakech's downtown centre: the Jemaa the-Fna square. To arrive, go to the famous Café de France leaving on your right. A few metres ahead on your left hand side; you will see another restaurant called Les Terrasses de l'Alhambra, pass this restaurant and on your left, follow the widest street which is covered with a metallic hurdle called Derb Dabachi Street. Continue about 100 metres down the street until you see the minaret of a mosque on your right hand side. This minaret is on the corner of Derb Jamaa and this is the street of the Riad. Turn right on to Derb Jamaa and about 50 m on the left side of the street, at number 125, you will find Riad Abracadabra.
