There are three different kinds of occupancy: - The Superior - The Junior Suite - The Master Suite
All rooms face the sea. Each one is meant to be an unexpected discovery. Here there are no excesses, nor over decorated rooms, no desire to impress, but a well-designed environment for graceful dreams. In your room, you will find different natural products, made exclusively for Casasandra, as well as a directory with all the activities and detailed functions of the hotel.

Games: Ask at the reception about the different board games available.
Massage: Book at the reception 24 hours in advance.
SIBUMI SPA. Here, in a secluded and soothing space, mind and body harmonizes within itself. Some of the therapies are: Relaxing massage, Lymphatic drainage, Holistic, Chiromassage, Reflexology, Specific, Shiatsu and Reiki.
Beach: The north beach is one of the biggest treasures where you can enjoy the most beautiful and colorful sunsets. They provide towels, palapas, and laying chairs. No reservation needed for any of those services, just take any of the available ones; the beach towels are in the closet in your room. Don't lose it because there is an extra charge.
Facilities & Services:
The reception has a safe. Valuables can be left at the reception at any time.
Important: The hotel is not responsible for any loss.
Lost objects:The housekeeper looks after all lost objects; please ask at the reception in case you have lost something.
Electricity: In the rooms are 110V, equivalent to the US. For European systems, a converter is necessary. Please contact the front desk if you need one.
Fax: There is an additional charge for sending and receiving faxes. If you receive a fax, it will be delivered immediately to your room. If you need to send a fax, bring it to the front desk and they will deliver the original and the confirmation to your room.
There is not post office on Holbox Island yet.
Laundry: for laundry service, please use the bags in the closet. Fill out the form, writing down the number of items. Leave the form and the bag in sight of the housekeeping service. Your laundry will be brought back in 12 hours at most. Do not send delicate clothes. If you need ironing service, write it down on the form and remember this is an additional cost.
Doctor & Medicines: In case you need medical assistance, please contact the front desk to be transferred to the medical centre of the island. There is always a first aid kit at the reception or restaurant. If you need prescription medicine, please contact the reception to contact the pharmacy.
Babysitter available. Ask at the reception about this service. Pets may be allowed in special circumstances and by prior arrangement. Some suites feature satelite TV.
Getting There & Back:
Transportation service is available upon request. This service includes pick up at Cancun Int. Airport (or any other place in Cancun), car transfer to Chiquila, bota transfer to Holbox and taxi to CasaSandra. This service is not included in the room rate and is charged extra.
Flight Confirmation: They can confirm your flight the day before your departure at the reception. Please contact them for any special request.
Departure taxes: All taxes of Cancun Airport are included in your rate; you do not need to pay any extra.
Check out is at 12:30 PM. In order to minimize delays, ask for your bill during the afternoon before your departure or on the morning of your departure day. Any extras such as drinks can be paid directly at the service area. If you need some help or luggage safekeeping until your check out, contact the front desk.
Money:
The official Mexican currency is the Peso. US dollars are accepted at almost all restaurants, shops, taxis and for tips. If you need to exchange money or traveller checks, please ask at the reception. Remember, in Mexico all credit card transactions must be paid in Mexican Pesos by law.
Payments: All the extras in the hotel, the restaurant, including tours or any other service organized through the hotel, can be paid in cash with Pesos, US dollars or Euros as well as credit cards (Visa or MasterCard). There is a 5% extra fee on the total amount for credit cards.
Important: There are neither banks nor ATM on the entire island and only few places accept credit cards! Bringing enough money is suggested. Calculate depending on your length of stay.
Smoking policy: smokers are welcome.

Booking and cancellation policy
50% deposit for each reservation is required.
Cancellations made 30-22 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be charged 100% of the deposit (50% of the entire stay). Cancellations made 21-15 days prior, will be charged 40% of the entire stay.Cancellations made 14-8 days prior, will be charged 60% of the entire stay. Cancellations made 7-2 days prior, will be charged 80% of the entire stay. Cancellations made 48 hours prior, or no-show, will be charged 100% of the entire stay.
Tips:
Tips are included in the meal prices and are added as 10% to the total amount of your bill.
Tips left in the rooms go completely to the housekeeper service.
Tips left at the restaurant table such as the ones of the total amount are divided between the waiter and the cook on duty.
Tips given in hand are for each person.
Tips delivered at the reception are divided amongst all the hotel personnel if there is not any other specification.
Prices are per room, double occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 3 people. All costs, prices, and policies, including exchange rates and package deals, may change and should be confirmed with the hotel upon booking.
