Dar Ayniwen is a family house with a warm welcome which was converted to a small luxury hotel in 2003. Each piece of furniture, each picture has a story to tell, tales of distant travels and chance encounters.

All guest rooms face south and open onto to the garden and pool. The upper rooms offer panoramic views of the grounds and the Atlas Mountains. The extraordinary bathrooms have fittings from the 1930's and use marble and tadellakt (polished plaster) in their décor.

The house stands on 5 acres in the heart of the Palmeraie with Palm trees, ancient olive trees and scented plants together with an Andalusian lily pond, summerhouse and fountains. Paradise, a true haven of peace and beauty.

Dar Ayniwen has 6 ensuite bedrooms and 1 full suite which has a riad style open living room.
All rooms are sumptuous and decorated with exotic opulence, oriental prints, silken cushions and marquetry tables, as well as furnishings gathered from antique markets around the world.

Galaxy Suite: This room shares a terrace with Mucha Suite and has another private terrace which offers an incredible view of the sky and the stars, hence the name Galaxy. It also offers views of the pool and garden. It has a large living room with a view of the entrance riad and its fountain.

Mucha: This was originally the children's room and opens onto a huge terrace. In 2003 it was used to make a TV programme called Room Service and was decorated by a famous British designer as an open riad style living room with views of the pool and garden.

Scheherazade: This room opens directly onto the garden and pool.

Colonnades: This magnificent suite opens to the garden and pool, it has a beautiful marble bathroom and a very large living room with views and access to the patio of the riad and its two fountains.

Tiwalline I and II: Both of these rooms have direct access to the garden and pool as well as the riad with its 2 fountains. Both of the living rooms have fireplaces, the one in Tiwalline I being of green marble. This room is the more exclusive of the 2 with a view of the fountain and balinean furniture to add to the magic. However Tiwalline II has a superb bathroom with its own hamman-like bath (steam machine).
Guests of the Tiwalline rooms can take their meals privately on the white marble veranda if they wish.

Pavillon Romane Suite: This is completely separate from the main house and is a masterpiece of design and comfort, including a metallic sculpted fireplace. It has an all round private terrace with direct access and view of the garden and pool.
