Booking and cancellation policy
One night deposit charged upon booking. A reservation will be confirmed once a deposit of one night's charge is made by Visa, Mastercard or cash. Availability may change before the hotel receives the deposit or has the opportunity to process your card. A confirmation of the booking will follow only when the room has been reserved for you.
Cancellations:
For reservations of less than one week: Cancellations should be made more than Two weeks prior to scheduled arrival date.
For reservations of one week or longer and holiday weeks (US Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year's and Easter Week): Cancellations should be made more than Three weeks prior to scheduled arrival date. Full stay is to be paid upon check-in and the deposit to be used towards the last night of your stay.
Refund of deposit: only in the case of a documented medical emergency or for cancellations made according to the deadlines (two or three weeks prior). Your deposit implies that you agree with the policies.
