Description: Melenos Lindos

The Melenos Lindos Hotel is the unique creation of Michalis Melenos who dreamed of building a small luxury hotel that reflected the intricate history of Lindos on the island of Rhodes, Greece.

Lindos, found 45 kilometres south of Rhodes Town, sits beneath an ancient Acropolis with a temple dedicated to Athena. Historically important as a trading town owing to its two natural harbours, Lindos is today a picturesque village with restaurants, bars, stunning beaches and crystal clear waters.

The Melenos Lindos Hotel was built in collaboration with the architect Anastasia Papaioanou and artist-designer Donald Green. Motifs have been beautifully carved into the sandstone facades while the handcrafted pebble mosaics and interiors are simply stunning.

In addition, the private antique and archaeological pieces collected by the owner of the Melenos Lindos Hotel have been incorporated into the design with striking effect. The ancient and the modern are expertly blended at the Melenos Lindos Hotel to create a luxury boutique hotel that is utterly unique and exceptional.

The Melenos Lindos Hotel offers just 12 exclusive rooms from the Master Suite, Superior Suite, Senior Suite, Honeymoon Suite to the Double Suite.

3 Double Suites: Open plan Suite with Traditional platform Lindian bed, sitting area, marbled bathroom with shower, sharing courtyard, partial sea view (2-3 pax).

3 Senior Suites: Open plan Suite with Traditional platform Lindian bed, sitting area, marbled bathroom with shower, veranda with lounge sofas and sea view (2-3 pax). Two Suites offer semi private terrace with sea view and one Suite offers private terrace with patio and side sea view.

2 Superior Suites: Open plan Suite with bedroom and sitting area, marbled bathroom, private terrace overlooking Lindos Bay and full panoramic sea view (2-3 pax).

3 Honeymoon suites: Open plan Suite with Bedroom and sitting area, platform Lindian bed, marbled and mosaic bathroom with shower, private veranda with bougainvilleas shade and views to the garden and partial sea view. (2-3 pax).

1 Master Suite: Two Bedroom Suite with Traditional platform Lindian beds, marbled and mosaic bathroom with shower, large private terrace overlooking Lindos Bay and Lindos Acropolis (4 pax).

Restaurant: The Melenos Gourmet Restaurant is offering a combination of Mediterranean-Greek Cuisine and their high talented Chef is using the freshest ingredients available, some from the hotel's own garden.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

The minimum stay during high season (1st of August until the 15th of September 2010) for all types of Suites is 3 nights.
In case booking for the above mentioned period which is less than 3 nights we kindly ask you to send us a request which we will accept only upon availability.

Booking and cancellation policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Extra-bed 65,00 euro per night L. & M. season and 85,00 euro per night H. season.
- Children 2 to 12 years old 55,00 euro per night L. & M. season and 70,00 euro per night H. season.
- Children under 2 years old are free of charge.
- Confirmation: A Hotel's credit card charge authorization is required in order to confirm a reservation.

- Cancellation policy: No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 21 days before confirmed arrival date.
Any cancellation made within:
- 15 to 20 days results in 50% of the stay
- 7 to 14 days results in 75% of the stay
- 1 to 6 days results in 100% of the stay
- No show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay.
