Some of the things that make this place special are the outstanding natural surroundings and the creative architecture. ''Floresta da Tijuca'' is a hand planted urban rainforest extending over more than 30 km of steep terrain. The national park features many sights such as the statue of Christ on top of Corcovado mountain, Cascatinha Waterfall, the Mayrink Chapel, the Vista Chinesa outlook point, the Mesa do Imperador, and Pedra da Gávea peak.

Designed by José Zanine Caldas, TuAkAzA was built to be an integral part of nature. Take a dip in the waterfall pool. Soak up the sun on the deck as you soar above the treetops.
