Rooms have a kitchenette. This is not a full service resort, but a charming little home base. There are no activities planned for you, 24-hour room service, workout room, or on-site restaurant, but it's perfect if you don't mind being a little self-sufficient and adventuresome.

All have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, king size bed, cable TV & DVD player, stereo with CD and tape player, direct dial phone, air conditining, ceiling fan, private wall safe, hairdryer, French fabrics and Damana amenities.
6 Deluxe Studios, 56o sq ft at garden level with open air showers and 2 at reception level with bathtubs and handicapped access.
Deluxe Lofts, 780 sq ft, are all at the reception level and feature a living room with a pull out sofa, seaview terrace and one and a half bathrooms. The bedroom is upstairs in the loft with its vaulted ceiling.
Oversized Lofts, 980 sq ft. are the same but also feature a larger bedroom with a had carved mahogany 4 post bed and a second balcony overlooking the bay.
1 Bedroom Suites, 1025 sq ft., all located at the garden level feature pull out sofa in the living room and a terrace that is also accessible from the bedroom.
The Villa, located on the hill is a 2 bedroom Balinese style vacation home with its own infinity pool, grand living room, and gourmet kitchen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. This house also features a waher/dryer, Internet access, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, BBQ, beach towels, and daily housekeeping. Weekly rentals are prefered for this accomodation.

As the rooms have their own kitchen, breakfast is not included in the price of the room and must be ordered the previous night before 8pm. It is served in your room and consists of a hot drink such as tea, coffee or hot chocolate, juice, 2 bread items such as croissant, bagette, apple turnover, pain au chocolate or pain au raisin. Cold drinks are available at the front desk and cost from 2 dollars upwards.
Internet: Free Internet access throughout all guest rooms and the reception area. Guest computer available in the reception area from 8am to 8:30pm.
Newspapers (Daily Herald and Miami Herald) are delivered to the reception area daily and are available on a first come, first served basis. Books are available downstairs by the office. Postcards, stamps, sunscreen etc. is for sale in their small boutique.
Safety Deposit Box: If you lose the key, it will cost 150 Dollars to replace it.
Electric Voltage: The French side has 220 voltage. They can provide a transformer for your appliances.
Location: This area is quiet and homey. Often times people that love St. Martin, dislike St. Barths and visa versa.
Check in is after 4pm and check out is before 12:00 noon unless other arrangements have been made for you.

Festive Season: 7 night minimum stay. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior will be charged 5 nights of the stay.
Peak Season Cancellations: made less than 45 days prior will be charged 3 nights of the stay. Minimum 7 night stay.
