| Booking and cancellation policy |
| No refund of any payments received, (deposit or payment in full). If you cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date, they will refund your money, less a 100 USD handling fee. To make a reservation please telephone or facsimile your request. Space will be held for one week, by which time they must have received a deposit of fifty per cent of the cost of the total stay. The balance of the stay must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to your arrival. If it is not received, they will cancel your reservation. If there are less than 30 days remaining prior to your arrival date, there is no deposit but your entire stay must be paid in full. Payments may be made by check. If you use a credit card, it must be a personal American Express card. Rates are per couple per night. This includes three gourmet meals per day with all beverages (Full American Plan), as well as all of the facilities at Hacienda. There is a two night minimum. The rate may be reduced by $100 for single occupancy. There is a New Mexico Gross Recipients tax of 6.125% and a New Mexico Lodgers tax of 4% on the room portion only (room portion is half the rate). |
