Residential Spanish Cookery Classes at the hotel during the winter months, starting from 1st October through to the end of March 2011.

Booking and cancellation policy
All costs, prices, and policies, including exchange rates and package deals, may change and should be confirmed with the hotel upon booking.
A credit card or debit card is required to confirm a reservation on-line. All prices do not include 7% tax.
Cancellations must be received in writing (fax or e-mail) no later than 1 month before scheduled arrival. Cancellations with less than one month's notice will be charged the full amount of the reservation unless they are able to re-assign the room to another guest whereby a full refund will be made. They will use all of their endeavours to ensure that the room is re-assigned as quickly as possible.
Early departure: No refunds are given to those guests who depart early or fail to arrive.
Confirmations: You need to give your credit card details and then they send you confirmation details. Until they send you that confirmation, you do not have a definite reservation. They normally confirm reservations as soon as they receive authorization from the credit card or debit card bank, usually within 48 hours.
Payment:
