Can Simoneta is set in a privileged position on a cliff overlooking the sea to which it has direct access. Its location on the northeast coast of Mallorca, which is well known for its romantic bays, fine beaches and breathtaking scenery, is the ideal setting for those who want to enjoy a wide range of leisure and sporting facilities, as well as those who want to relax and savour the cultural, historical and natural amenities which abound.

The history of the property extends back to 1812 although the present house was built around 140 years ago for a monk who was recommended to take seawater baths, a practice which now offered to guests at Can Simoneta.
