Surrounded by the natural park "De Llevant", the old houses with watchtowers dating back to the sixteenth Century, are only 2 kilometers in distance from the seven hundred year old town of Capdepera. Almond, Olive, and Carob trees grow naturally within the many acres of the property.
The beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Mesquida, Cala Agulla, the superb golf courses of Capdepera and Canyamel are all within ten minutes drive, as is the tourist town of Cala Ratjada.

2 double rooms: they are located in the antigue watch tower, 1st floor, and do not have terraces.
5 double rooms with terraces: these rooms face their garden and pool and have terraces. Only one room offers views to Capdepera.
3 double rooms superior with terrace: they all face Capdepera and dispose of own, separated terraces.
2 junior suites: these rooms are about two rooms big and do not have terraces since they are located in the ancient watch tower, 1st floor.
All accommodation including double rooms for families with children, include air conditioning, satellite television, mini bar, safe, whirlpool, bath or shower, hair dryer, bath robes and other services.
Each room can be used as an individual room as well. Two rooms are prepared for disabled people, one for wheel chairs and one for walking disabilities or elderly people. They also dispose of two connected rooms, idealy suited for families: the family room consists of TWO rooms and they will charge two rooms. For families with two children (or more) they can only offer the Junior Suites or the client would have to book at least two rooms.

There are comfortable lounges to relax within the tower, and a traditional kitchen with an inglenook fireplace. There are dinning areas on the terraces between olive and carob trees, and a large swimming pool with fabulous panoramic views.

If the stay is less than 3 nights, the entire cost is payable upon booking.
Cancellations:
More than 30 days notice of cancellation - Deposit will be refunded. 15 to 30 days notice - 50% of deposit will be refunded and remainder off-set against a future stay. Less than 15 days notice - 100% of deposit will be retained and off-set against a future stay.
Prices per person per night including breakfast. There is a supplement for double and single rooms with terraces.
