This stone-built Mallorcan house, which is over 100 years old and once belonged to Valldemossa's old Carthusian monastery, has today been transformed into a luxury hotel. It stands in the heart of a valley on top of a hill, with views of the Bay of Palma on one side and the Tramuntana mountain range and monastery on the other.

Set in a 7 hectare estate filled with olive trees, numerous pleasant walks can be taken, as well as hikes in the Teix and Fatima Mountains, following the same routes that the great composer Chopin and George Sand chose in their days.
