Family owned Villa Schuler was converted from a Sicilian villa into a hotel in 1905. In recent years the hotel has been extensively refurbished emphasizing its original elegance, charm and atmosphere.

Superbly situated high above the Ionian Sea, its unique position offers stupendous views of snow-capped Mount Etna, the Bay of Naxos and the whole southern coastline of Sicily. The hotel is surrounded by its own extensive, subtropical, shady terraced gardens, where the fragrance of jasmine and bougainvillea flowers blend into a heaven for guests seeking comfortable, romantic surroundings.

Centrally located next to the delightful Botanical Gardens and just 2 minutes from Taormina's famous traffic free "Corso Umberto". The ancient Greek-Roman theatre and the cable car to the beaches are just a 10 minutes' walk away.

Doubles range from 18 - 24 squ. metres, Triples from 21 - 24, Junior Suites from 24 - 32, and the Garden Villa Suite is 48 square metres. Most rooms exceed the standard size with 4.2 to 4.5 m high ceilings.
