This registered national historic landmark has been renovated into a luxury boutique hotel which offers the coziness of a bed and breakfast in an 18th Century setting, combined with the luxuries of today.

Morris House, built in 1787, is located in the historic district of Philadelphia known as Society Hill, just two blocks from some of their nation's most important landmarks such as Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Three major hospitals are all within 3 blocks, and the Convention Center is just a 10 minute walk away. World class restaurants, the theatre district, and the famous lively South Street with its unique shops, are all a short walk away.

Morris House is a historic landmark, and to preserve and maintain its historic significance no elevator is present and no pets of any kind are allowed. Guests can be accommodated either on second or third floor and children are welcome with a parent or guardian. The entire building is non-smoking.
