There are 7 rooms in the lodge and several cabins. Two new family cabins have recently been added for larger groups or families. These cabins are 1,200 square feet with two bedrooms, two baths, sitting room, a loft, and private porch.

Booking and cancellation policy

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to date of arrival.

Cancellation notice must be received by Brooks Lake Lodge no later than 14 days before your designated arrival date and any refunds are dependant on their being able to re-book your room(s).

A 20% supplemental fee will be charged for single occupancy.
