Booking and cancellation policy

For cancellations made more than 45 days before the arrival date, 10% of the deposit will be kept by the hotel for administrative expenses, 90% will be returned.
For cancellations made between 44 and 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be kept by the hotel but 50% of these funds can be used later for new reservations.
For cancellations made within 29 days before the arrival date, 100% of the reservation deposit will be kept by the hotel, no refund, no credit for future stay.
