Les Landes, endless beaches, the vineyards of Bordeaux, hiking and cycling trails, water sports, the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Bordeaux, St. Emilion and the Citadel de Blaye... the region has all this to offer and much more. On-site, Villa la Tosca boasts an ecological swimming pool, a petanque court, an outdoor table tennis table and trampoline, and a games room with table football.

Villa La Tosca offers accommodation on an individual room basis, or the whole villa can be booked for exclusive use. There is a large kitchen for guests' use, cosy lounges and fireplaces, while private dining with delicious cuisine created by expert chefs can be arranged on prior request.

La Chaudière:
La Chaudière is a 20 sq m garden level room. Through its eye level windows guests can enjoy the view of the Villa's back garden. Ceilings of garden level rooms are typically lower than the ceilings on all other levels, please be aware of this fact when booking. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
La Foret:
La Foret is a cosy 20 sq m room on the first floor with a view of the pine and oak trees. Guests are seduced by the log fire of the authentic private marble fire place and the warm colours of the luxury decoration, silk curtains and throw-on pillows. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and Philippe Starck designed fittings.
La Verandah:
La Verandah is a 20 sq m sea view room on the ground floor with tall French windows directly opening up to the loggia and the gardens and beach beyond... Guests can relax in the deck chairs and enjoy the luxury of watching squirrels play in the centenary trees. The luxurious spacious bathroom, especially equipped for guests with reduced mobility, has a large walk-in shower and Philippe Starck designed fittings. Dyson AirBlade Cooling.
Le Confort:
Le Confort is a cosy 20 sq m attic room on the second floor. Attic windows overlook the sea and offer a romantic setting during moonlit and starry nights... velvety and fluffy fabrics enhance the luxury warm feeling. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a natural stone washbasin and Philippe Starck designed fittings.
Le Bassin:
Le Bassin is a 20 sq m sea view room on the first floor with direct access to the large loggia vaulted terrace... guests can enjoy a glass of wine or a book from the library while watching the magnificent sunsets. Guests are seduced by the crackling fire of their private authentic marble fire place and the green peaceful colours of the luxury decoration, silk curtains and throw-on pillows. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and Philippe Starck designed fittings.
Le Studio:
Le studio is a 30 sq m bright garden level room with private kitchenette. The double French glass doors, dressed with luxury silk curtains, open up and give direct access to the Villa's back yard, parking and ecological swimming pool. Ceilings of garden level rooms are typically lower that the ceilings on all other levels, please be aware of this fact when booking. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. 
La Vue:
La Vue, a 35 sq m room on the second and third floor offers breathtaking 360 degree sea and pine wood views. Magnificent views take the gaze as far as Arcachon and Cap Ferret. Guests are seduced by the luxury tranquillity and peacefulness this room evokes. Guests can enjoy a glass of wine or a book from the library while watching the exquisite golden sunsets. The large sea-view bathroom has a bath-with-a-view, walk-in shower and luxury Philippe Starck designed fittings. Sonos Player and personal Nespresso Machine.
La Petite Tosca:
La Petite Tosca is a 60 sq m separate private cottage with its own garden/pool view terrace. From the cottage guests can wander directly into the garden to the sustainable ecological swimming pool and onto the beach. The open plan kitchen, dining area and living room dressed with silk curtains and luxury fabrics make any guest feel at home... The bathroom has a walk-in shower and natural stone wash basin. Separate toilet. As well as the main bedroom there is a double sofa-bed with extra comfortable mattress. SONOS system and a Dyson Airblade cooler fan. In total, La Petite Tosca can accommodate 4 Persons.

L'eau Vive:
L'eau Vive is an exquisite 80 sq m suite on the first floor with breathtaking sea, garden and pool views. Tall French windows, dressed with luxury silk curtains, give direct access to the vaulted loggia, and a private sea view terrace. A third private terrace with pool view is the perfect place for meditation or yoga. Guests are seduced by the luxury bathroom with Philippe Starck fittings... a walk-in shower with massage jets and rain shower head, a state of the art Jacuzzi bathtub, and an authentic private fire place.
