The beach is a short from the house, and is perfect for swimming, water-sports, or just relaxing on the fine sand. For hikers and cyclists, the South-West Coastal path runs beside the property, leading to some of Cornwall's most isolated and beautiful landscapes. On site, guests can enjoy the year-round heated indoor pool, along with table tennis, a fully equipped games room, and a children's play area.
The Rosevine's restaurant is a great place to eat in Cornwall, with great views across Gerrans Bay to Porthscatho. With a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, cuisine is fresh and simple, created with the finest local produce, including Cornish dairy products, locally caught fish and seafood, farm-reared beef and lamb from Truro, and fruit and vegetables from the south-west's Grow Fair proximity scheme. In keeping with its family-friendly ethos, the restaurant serves some of the best children's food in Cornwall.

The studios have sea views and a small balcony. Open plan sleeping, sitting and dining area, with discreet mini kitchen. Sleeps 2 adults. Room for a baby or a small child in a cot or z bed. An interconnecting door means that 2 studios can to be booked together for a larger family group
The family suites have an open plan bedroom, sitting/dining area with discreet mini kitchen and a separate children?s room with bunk beds or twin beds. All have large French doors that open out onto a private decked terrace or balcony. Sleeps 2 adults and 2/3 children.
The family apartments have 2 bedrooms, a sitting/dining room with discreet mini kitchen, sleeping 2 adults and 2 to 3 children. A separate double bedroom for parents and a children's bedroom. Most have large French doors that open out onto a private decked terrace or balcony.
The Slate Rooms:
Just across from the main house are the three new style Slate Rooms; one with a bijou courtyard garden, and two with terraces and shared use of a cottage style garden. With a brand new look; painted floors, Farrow and Ball Samphire wallpaper, coastal greys and greens, and a dash of wild orange. Each room sleeps 2 guests with very comfortable king size beds, snuggler sofas, handy mini kitchenettes, and access to garden spaces. Slate Rooms 2 and 3 can be booked together with private garden for a family.

A coastal self-catering holiday cottage in the grounds of The Rosevine, Cornwall. Decorated in simple style with white walls, and a mix of slate, sea grass and painted wooden floors, this charming cottage is very much a home from home. The Lookout gives plenty of space for 1 family to spread out, and as a maximum accommodates 2 small families or 1 family and grandparents. Sleeps up to 8 guests (4 adults, 4 children max). A welcome box includes loaf of home made bread, butter, milk, orange juice, home made jam and mineral water.

How to get here: From Exeter: Leave M5 at junction 31, merge onto A30.
Continue on the A30 for about 60 miles.
Take the left exit signposted B3275.
Shortly after this exit there is a T junction. Turn left passing under a bridge. Go over the mini roundabout following signs for Ladock.
Just after Ladock village turn right at the junction towards Truro.
At the next junction turn left joining the A390.
After 1 mile turn right onto the A3078 towards Tregony and St Mawes.
Follow this road for approx 8 miles (passing over Tregony bridge and continuing towards St Mawes).
Just before you reach the turning for Gerrans and Portscatho you will see the sign for The Rosevine.
Turn left and follow the road through the village and down towards the beach.
The Rosevine is on the right hand side just before you reach the beach (after approximately 1 mile).
