Deluxe King Room:

Broughton Balcony King:
The Broughton Balcony rooms are the most often-requested guest rooms at The Marshall House. Guest can step through large, raised windows (original to the hotel) onto a wrought-iron veranda spanning the front of the hotel, allowing guests to watch as the sights and sounds of Savannah come to life. Features include: one king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a tub or shower. The Broughton Balcony King rooms feature a semi-private balcony with rocking chairs.
Luxury King Suite:

The Mary Marshall Suite:

There is also a parlour with a sleeper sofa, separate from the bedroom, and the suite offers access to the hotel's semi-private veranda.
