A short drive from Cheltenham, many more of the region's landmarks and attractions are within easy reach of the inn - Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Campden, Blenheim Palace, Hidcote gardenns, to mention but a few. Hotel staff can offer advice on local walks, sightseeing tours, and much more.
Dining at The Slaughters Country Inn is an informal, relaxing affair, and the restaurant has long been a favourite with hotel guests and local residents alike. Head chef Chris Fryer creates simple, hearty and flavoursome menus based on the finest seasonal, locally sourced produce, with meals available all day - breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

The six Cottages are situated in the courtyard, just a few steps away from the main house. These stylish cottages are divided into two levels. The upper floors boast cosy master bedrooms while the lower floors offer most comfortable living areas, complete with sofa beds. All the Cottages have traditional wooden beams, large skylights and elegant bathrooms. The cottages are ideal for families or guests who want to enjoy a little more space.
The Junior suites are spacious, unique and designed with individual character and stylish furniture. They benefit from separate living rooms offering that little bit more space to relax and unwind.

How to get here: From London: Take the M40 north, leaving at junction 8. Follow the A40 to Oxford and Burford. Turn right at the roundabout into Burford. At the bottom of the hill turn left onto the A24 - Stow Road. After about 8 miles (13 km) turn left at the traffic lights onto the A429. In 1 mile (1,6 km) turn right into the Slaughters, The Slaughters Country Inn is in the centre of the village just over the river on the left.
From the North and East Midlands: Take the M40 south, leaving at junction 15. Follow the A429 south to Moreton-in-Marsh then Stow on the Wold. Approximately 3 miles (4,8 km) after Stow, turn right onto the Slaughters, The Slaughters Country Inn is in the centre of the village just over the river on the left.
