Tankardstown House has been a member of Ireland's Blue Book since 2010, and the hotel's Brabazon Restaurant is the proud holder of two AA Rosettes, offering fine dining in a cosy atmosphere. Menus are created daily from the finest locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, along with organic produce wherever possible. More casual dining is offered at the Cellar Restaurant, while the Tea Garden is a delightful spot to relax in the idyllic surroundings of the historic garden. Downstairs open plan easy seating area, electric fire, books for reading, fully equipped kitchen area, tea/coffee facilities and mini-bar. 2 Bedroom Courtyard Cottage: Beautifully appointed Courtyard Cottage Suites. Upstairs 2 luxurious bedrooms each with its own en-suite bath/shower room. Plasma Screen in each bedroom and hair-dryer supplied. Downstairs sitting room, electric fire, books for reading, fully equipped kitchen area, tea/coffee facilities and mini-bar. Heritage Rooms: These are magnificent main house en-suite bedrooms with emperor-size beds and antique furnishings. Some feature period fireplaces, and all offer great views overlooking the estate. Each with its own distinct character and name, they all offer the same Tankardstown aristocratic luxury in peaceful surroundings. Library Suite: As it should be, the Library Suite is a beautiful, quiet space, to relax and enjoy, with an antique half tester bed along with his & hers gilt washstands in the luxurious en-suite bathroom. The Master Suite: The flagship suite boasts fabulous dual-aspect bay window views of the estate, a large marble en-suite bathroom with a double shower, a free-standing roll top bath and a separate dressing room.
