Surrounding the Goldeneye are many activities and sites. Firefly, an emblematic home from Noel Coward, is close by with some of the best views of the sunset. Low Cay, the main beach of the resort, is one of the best beaches for swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, sailing, and paddleboarding.

Goldeneye was originally designed for the family of the owner, but soon was expanded on and now represents a timeless luxury of its region. Each villa, hut, and cottage has an outdoor shower and bathroom with deep bathtubs, breezy verandas and kitchens, and organic toiletries made from botanical ingredients.

Strangways: This is a three-bedroom villa and one of the originals that was built. Situated atop a cliff with stairs going down to a private pool and access to the lagoon, this villa as an amazing view of the sea. The villa is a compound featuring a master room, living space, kitchen, two bedrooms, and dining gazebo.
Spanish Elm: This one-bedroom lagoon hut offers a compound with a full bedroom consisting of a king bed and wonderful views of the lagoon, direct access to swim in the lagoon, and another section providing a full kitchen and lounge.
Honey Chile: This is a one-bedroom villa with ocean views located under a Banyan tree with a queen bed and outdoor rain shower. It has a private outdoor dining space also with views of the ocean.
One Bedroom Beach Villas: The five villas of this type open directly onto Low Cay beach complete with a full kitchen, private patio, outdoor dining space, and king bed.
Two Bedroom Beach Villas: With direct access to the beach, these two-story villas have two bedrooms each with a king bed, a lounge and dining space, and a private garden.
Three Bedroom Beach Villa: Ideal for multiple couples travelling together, this villa has direct beach access with a private garden and patio. The three bedrooms each have a king bed and private outdoor bathroom.
One Bedroom Lagoon Villa: With direct stone access to the lagoon, this villa has a king bed, outdoor garden shower, kitchen, and private garden and patio.
Two Bedroom Lagoon Villa: Similar to the one-bedroom villa, this villa has two bedrooms each with a king bed plus a large wooden deck with access to the lagoon,
Villa Vesper: This is a massive five-bedroom lagoon villa with direct access to the lagoon from a large veranda. It is an open-air villa with a spacious kitchen and dining area plus many private outdoor showers.
Lagoon Cottage: Each cottage has a simplistic outlook but with luxury interiors including a lagoon facing king bed, large outdoor bathrooms and showers, and direct access to the lagoon from the veranda with private kayaks.
One Bedroom Beach Hut: The beach hut is a simplistic version of the villa but still with a king bed, private veranda, outdoor shower, minibar, and views of the gardens.
One Bedroom Beach Hut Cove View: This hut stans over the cove and is more secluded than the others. It is similar in amenities to the other one-bedroom hut.
One Bedroom Beach Hut Open-Air: These huts are ten feet tall with the bedroom located on the upper level. The first floor is a sandy floor with a dining and lounge area. They are equipped with a private veranda and outdoor bathroom.
Two Bedroom Beach Hut: This hut has two stories each with a bedroom and a living space and its own private access to promote extra privacy.
