Villa Ammende Restaurant and Hotel is a unique combination of art nouveau architecture, exquisite food, the future and the past, work and relaxation, sea breeze and oak trees, and of the vibrancy, serenity and silence of the summer capital. Villa Ammende, built in 1905 for joyous wedding celebrations, opened as a luxury hotel and fine dining restaurant almost 100 years later. This carefully renovated charming historical city chateaux is nestled in the ancient park area of Pärnu, the summer capital of Estonia. The villa is an exceptionally beautiful architectural landmark of Estonia and of the whole Baltic region and one of few Art Nouveau hotels in the world.

Villa Ammende is not your regular Pärnu hotel, but rather a cosy boutique hotel for those with an appetite for something unique. In 2020 they went through another extensive refurbishment, keeping all the unique Art Nouveau features and adding a touch more of modern comforts and solutions.

The bedrooms are in two houses and include impressive suites, a selection of spacious rooms and a choice of cosy guest rooms. Some rooms have a balcony, some of the bathrooms have a sauna or a Jacuzzi, and also a sofa bed for children, so something for every wish.There are both cosy attic rooms and elegant suites with a noble history, each and every one of them has a character of its own. All are decorated with antique furniture and include special intricate details from the beginning of the last century and have telephone, satellite TV, minibar, safe, HiFi, and internet. In the main building, in the Ammende Suite, and in the Hermann Suite, there is a Jacuzzi and sauna, all Suites have baths, while all the other rooms have showers.
