The Old Markets serves a relaxing champagne breakfast every day, and aperitifs are served in the evenings on the terrace. Guests wishing to explore the island can take water taxis to a number of fabulous beaches dotted around the island, or go hiking in the in the wooded hills in the centre of the island. The room offers a taste of the Ottoman Empire, where east meets west. The old bread oven - originally in a baker's store at the Old Markets - has been preserved and is designed as a luxury en-suite in the style of a Hammam (Turkish bath). One large double bed. Room size approximately 25 sq m.

Inspired by the Persian trading routes which offered Symiots many of these unique items for the first time, the Arabian room is filled with the luxury textiles and commodities that were traded on the old silk route from as far as China and India. The Alexandrian room has been derived from the style and artistic influences of this great ancient civilisation, and the suite contains numerous antiquities from the region. Room size approximately 25 sq m.
The Symi Suite:
The master suite is inspired by the beautiful island of Symi and the sparkling Aegean Sea which surrounds her. Greek art and cool island style influence the detail and design, which includes a fully restored moussandra (sleeping platform), typical in many of Symi's houses.
The painted ceiling is another feature found locally in the grander Sea Captains mansions, and a private and secluded terrace outside The Symi Suite allows for al fresco living and dining as required. The Symi Suite offers fabulous views of the crystal blue waters of the Aegean Sea from from each of the five large picture windows which frame the beautiful port outside. One large double bed.
