The Standard King Rooms feature a king-size bed, 4-piece bathroom, and a balcony overlooking Victoria's skyline and historic "Old Towne." Other than Penthouse 801, they are also the only accommodations with air-conditioning. All rooms come with complimentary high-speed wireless internet. Room size 24 sq m plus 3,3 sq m balcony.
One-Bedroom Hotel Suites:

With 116 sq m, the Two-Bedroom Hotel Suites are the perfect family-friendly option in downtown Victoria. The main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for up to 6 people, living room, cozy den, and private terrace with a waterfront view of Victoria's Inner Harbour. As the name suggests, these accommodations also have two waterfront bedrooms, with a combination of king or queen-size beds, conveniently located on either side of the living room for added privacy. Each bedroom also has its own private bathroom. There is also a pull-out sofa bed. Additional amenities include complimentary high-speed wireless internet, 3 flat-screen HD TVs (40" and two 37"). Each Executive Suite also features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet, fireplace, 3 TVs, including one 37" flat screen, 'Cable Plus' and movie channels. Room size 139 sq m plus private terrace 9 to 65 sq m.
Penthouse Hotel Suites:
At 167 sq m, the two Penthouse Hotel Suites are large enough to accommodate up to six adults comfortably. Both suites offer spacious living spaces with all of the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 8 people, living room, and den, as well as an outside terrace with full waterfront views. Each Penthouse Suite also features two bedrooms and two bathrooms with Jacuzzi-style tubs. *Penthouse Suite 801 offers the added comfort of central air conditioning. At 214 sq m, the Regency Suite is the best holiday accommodation Victoria has to offer, featuring two levels of complete waterfront luxury. The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 8 people, spacious living room, media room, and half bathroom, as well as a large wrap-around sun deck overlooking Victoria's picturesque Inner Harbour. A spiral staircase leads to the upper level, where you will find three waterfront bedrooms with king-size beds, and two full bathrooms. Additional amenities include two fireplaces, 4 flat screen TVs, including one 40" TV with high definition and surround sound, "Cable Plus" and movie channels. Maximum occupancy: 8. Suite size 214 sq m, plus 93 sq m sun deck.
