Description: Little Good Harbour

Set in the quaint fishing district of Shermans at the northern edge of the glamorous West Coast is this traditional, Caribbean chattel-styled Garden Cottages that are nestled around a centrally located pool. The two Ocean facing Fort suites cannot be closer to the water as they are located in the original building of what was Fort Rupert, a British Gun Fort to protect the coast line from marauding pirates. All units have fully equipped kitchens with roomy sitting areas. Facilities include CD system, cable TV. Bedrooms are cooled with a ceiling fan and airconditioning. There is also the renowned Fish-Pot Restaurant equally popular with both visitors and locals alike.

Booking and cancellation policy

All policies and prices may change and should be confirmed at booking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Summer: A 3 night deposit is required in the summer season Apr-Dec.
Christmas/Winter/Spring seasons.: A 7 night deposit is required.
For reservations of less than 7 nights, full payment is required at the time of booking and acts as the deposit

CANCELLATION POLICY
They recommend that you take out insurance against the possibility of cancellation fees which are as follows:
Yultide/ Winter/ Spring the following scale of charges will apply: Cancellations within: 45-30 days 25%, 29-14 days 75%, 13 days or less 100%.
Summer season: Cancellations within 14 days of arrival a charge of 3 nights room rate will be imposed.
No refunds will be made after guest arrival (year round).

Rates are INCLUSIVE of 10% Service Charge and 7.5% Government V.A.T.).
No charge for 1 extra child (under 12 years) sharing 1 or 2 bedroom suite on rollaway.

To secure this reservation they require a deposit. Any balance is due prior to checkout along with settlement of any incidentals incurred whilst at the hotel.
