| Booking and cancellation policy | An advance payment of 50% of the total reservation is required. The balance must be paid 48 hours before check-in. All payments must be made by credit card or bank deposits to an account number given by the hotel. The receipt must be e-mailed or faxed to +55 73 3668 1137, extension 209, so that they can more quickly identify who paid. Refunds and cancellations: There is always a 10% fee for communication and services costs. Requests for refunds and cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Reservations Department by e-mail (etniabrasil@etniabrasil.com.br) or by fax (+55 73 3668 1137 ext. 209). The client can substitute another person for their reservation with the same conditions and during the same period. The following cancellation fee will be charged: Low season: more than 7 days before check-in: no cost. 7 -0 days before check-in: 50% of the total amount of stay. High season: more than 15 days before check-in: no cost. 15 - 7 days before check-in: 50% of the total amount of stay. 7 days or less: 100% of the total stay will be charged. Cancellations for Special Packages (New Year's, Carnival, Easter Vacation): more than 30 days before check-in: no cost. 30 -15 days before check-in: 50% of the entire stay. 0 - 15 days before check-in: 100% of the entire stay. In case of "no show" 100% of the total will be charged or the amount that had been already paid. Rates may change and should be confirmed at booking. The rates include breakfast, taxes and room cleaning service for 1 or 2 people. 5% City Tax not included. The apartments are for 2 persons, in case of a single room the price will be the same. The prices for New Year's and Carnival are not including on this rates. |
