Eridanus Hotel is a luxury art hotel in the historic city of Athens with stunning views of the Acropolis. Housed in the neoclassical building of a historical Greek family, Eridanus Hotel opened in 2004 after a careful renovation that preserved many of the original features, including the beautiful ornate ceiling frescos and cornices.

While maintaining its historical context, the Eridanus Hotel has introduced contemporary elements and all modern comforts: paintings by the modern artist Giorgos Lazongas line the walls and elegant designer furniture fill the rooms.

Eridanus Hotel boasts two of the best gourmet restaurants in Greece, the Varoulko and the Eridanus, plus a café-bar, roof garden, fully equipped gym and a business centre. The Eridanus Hotel contains 38 luxury rooms, all with linen designed exclusively for the Eridanus and state-of-the-art equipment:

Executive Acropolis View Room: this studio has spectacular views of the Acropolis and comes complete with plasma TV and en-suite with hydromassage.

Junior Suites: these suites have separate sitting and bed rooms, two TVs, two mini-bars and en-suite bathrooms with hydromassage.

Acropolis View: Rooms with balconies overlooking the Acropolis and hydromassage en-suites.

Deluxe rooms: with hydromassage in the bathrooms.

Standard rooms: come with a balcony.

Restaurants: The Eridanus Restaurant is located on the roof terrace with fabulous views over Athens; it serves gourmet French cuisine. Varoulko is located adjacent to the Eridanus Hotel and serves classical and original Greek cuisine by respected chef Lefteris Lazarou. Throughout the day and evening, drinks and light snacks are available from the hotel café-bar, where breakfast is also served.
