The reservation is guaranteed with a credit card, no charge at the time of booking.
If cancellation fees are charged, all charges would be made on the credit card provided as guaranteed.
If cancelled:
- 15 days prior to arrival: no charge.
- Between 15 and 7 days: a penalty of the 25% of the stay is applicable.
- Between 7 days and 2 days before the arrival: a penalty of 50% of the stay is applicable.
- 2 days or less prior to arrival (based on a 15:00 local time check-in): a penalty of 100% of the booking is applicable.

No show :
- Penalty of 100% of the booking is applicable.

Departure Prior to Check-out Date:
A penalty of 100% of the value of the remaining stay will be applicable.
