New boutique design hotel for - men and women is located in an elegant 19th Century house, centrally located and in a quiet area only within 3 minutes walking distance from the opera house and lake.

With 28 individually decorated rooms all with high ceilings, natural colours and parquet floors. The building was carefully renovated by the famous architect Pia Schmid and is a unique combination of past century ambiance, powerful colors and extraordinary materials. There is a Lobby-lounge with fire-place, rose garden and bar. In adition there is a wellness area exclusively for women with steambath, saunas, special showers and foot baths, recreation room, solarium, massage and cosmetic treatments and a beautiful roof top terrace.

The hotel's 28 rooms are on four floors and can be reached by the staircase or the elevator. The rooms are designed with warm colours and have a cosy atmosphere.
