Booking and cancellation policy: Rates Include: For all accommodations: Wi-Fi internet in the common areas ONLY. Electricity and water consumption, taxes, concierge service. For all accommodations (double room, suite regina, family room ficus, apartments) Meals: services subject to availability. Breakfast is extra Euro 20,00 per person per day you can book it at check in time at reception hall.

Check-In & Check out: FROM 2 pm TO 5 pm ONLY. Failure to communicate by email will NOT ALLOW the check in. In case of check in after 5 pm: (subject to availability by e-mail agreement) we require a mandatory email about your arrival time and extra mandatory fee of 40,00 euro. Arrival & Departure Times: Please advise arrival and departure time by email. Check out before 11.00 am: in case of check out before 9 extra charge of 40,00 euro. Reception is open between 9am-5pm only.

The reception as well as physical could also be virtual with contacts ONLY via email or telephone. This property is closed until 23 May 2022 but planning reservations for 2022 begins on January 31 Parking: subject to availability. Car park in front of the villa entrance, charged per day. Parking 15,00 euro per day.

FOR ALL ACCOMMODATIONS: Children of all ages are welcome. No extra beds are available, but baby cots can be arranged in advance (please request by email) and are subject to availability. Non-detachable beds in double rooms, apartments, suite and family room.

This property is closed until 01 May 2021 but planning reservations for 2021 begins on January 01.

Bellboys: subject to availability, timetable, and charges. Charged per piece of luggage (€10,00).

Payments: upon arrival, outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Villa Scarpariello at check-in time by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).

Waterfront: no sandy beach, but non-public access to the sea by large panoramic platform - solarium areas over the sea.

Water: use of the swimming pool, solarium area and access to the sea (open weather permitting and shared with other guests of the villa),

As peculiarity of the entire Amalfi Coast, we remind you that Villa Scarpariello features steps.The Villa is divided in different levels, from the main road to the ocean, connected by steps.Therefore, we suggest to bring lightweight luggage. However, we provide a porterage service (subject to timetable, availability and to book in advance by email). Euro 10,00 per luggage. Accommodations are not located close to each other. The Villa is located in a quiet area with easy access to all tourist attractions, it's the ideal choice for a relaxing holiday. Sita bus stop few meters walking from the main entrance of the Villa.Taxi or boat transfer (external services subject to timetable/weather permitting/availability and to be reserved in advance by email).
