RESERVATION POLICY
The reservations will be guaranteed with a credit card by supplying the holder's name, card number, expiration date and security code.
In order to make the reservation, the hotel will make a pre authorization of the first night to validate the credit card.
In case of No show, your room(s) will be released after the first night and you will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Cancellation Policy.
No refund will be given.

Check out: 12am

The total price of the booking does not include mini-bar items, telephone usage, laundry service, massage. If applicable, the hotel will add the extra charges to your bill.
Taxes: 21% VAT is not included.

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Extra persons are not allowed on any reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will be processed when the Hotel receives an email or a fax with this information.
For cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival date, there will be no charge.
For cancellations made 72 hours - 48 hours prior to arrival, the cost of the first night will be debited to your credit card.
In case of modifications or cancellations less than 48 hours before the arrival, NO SHOW, LATE CHECK IN or EARLY CHECK OUT, the total of the booking will be debited to your credit card. No refund will be given.
All cancellations policies apply according to the GMT of the Hotel.
On the check in, the Hotel reserves the right to validate your credit card making a pre authorization of the total of the reservation.
