Dining: There is a 100% authentic Italian in-house restaurant which can accomodate up to 20 peoople. This is on a pre-booking basis only and from Monday to Friday.

Service: staff is present from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm, if dinner is served up to 11:00 pm. Room service is free of charge though there are no phones in the rooms to call for it.

Guests who arrive after 9:00 pm are welcomed by security staff.

Airport shuttle service can be arranged at an extra cost.

Pets: small well behaved pets may be allowed with prior arrangements only and at an extra charge.

Disabled facilities: while there are no disabled facilitiesas such, the staff is very helpful and they have hosted wheelchair guests in the Lady Hamilton Suite and the Lord Nelson Suite.

Activites: Tennis is available at a 5 minute walk from the hotel and must be pre-booked. In addition there are many excursions and activites such as horse riding, golf, fishing, boat cruises, 4x4 driving with experienced driver through the dunes, quad biking, skydiving, hot air ballooning and excursions into the desert with experienced guides. The hotel is happy to arrange these activities.


Before booking, verify the current costs, prices and policies (deposit, cancellation fees for each rate, etc.) as the hotel may charge the guest accordingly. Travel insurance that covers cancellation fees is recommended.
