Located on the historic waterfront of Rotterdam, Suitehotel Pincoffs is situated in a 19th century customs house, classified as a national monument. This luxury boutique hotel is a located on Rotterdam's fashionable left bank and short walk from the city centre, Luxor Theatre, the Cruise Terminal, the National Photographic Museum and the Erasmus bridge.

Suitehotel Pincoffs has eleven rooms and suites, all individually decorated and furnished, while maintaining this historic building's period charm and feel. The rooms are air-conditioned, come with large beds and feature a range of amenities, including flat-screen TVs, espresso machines, safes and mini-bars. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with complimentary toiletries and bathrobes. Extra beds or baby's cots may be added to some rooms upon request. There are 2 types of Split Level Rooms. Guests either sleep on the mezzanine or the bathroom is situated there. Two of the mezzanine rooms are fitted with 1,20 m wide sofa beds, on which any person weighing up to 65 kilograms can comfortably spend the night.

Charm: All Deluxe rooms have modern sanitary facilities, a good workplace with access to wireless internet and a view of the old docks, the bridges and the river. They all have their own particular charm, but what they have in common is the prevailing sense of space.
The rooms on the top floor have historic wooden beams.
The rooms on the lower floors have high ceilings and the beautiful incidence of light through the windows.

There are just two of these suites. One has a mezzanine (split level suite with stairs); the other one is situated under the roof structure (top floor) and has a beautiful historic beamed ceiling.
Both suites have baths and are very suitable for guests who intend to stay for a longer period of time.
The Junior Suites are fitted with luxury upholstered Auping box spring beds manufactured exclusively for The Pincoffs Hotel. They have modern sanitary facilities, tables and chairs and a very spacious workplace with access to internet.
The Junior Suite under the roof structure commands a splendid view of the Erasmus bridge. It has its own little kitchen with a fridge and two cooking rings.
The Junior Suite with the mezzanine has a five-metre-high ceiling and a floating bathroom, to be reached by a spiral staircase.

This suite on the second floor measures 48 sq m and has a (locked) secret entrance on the first floor. Guests can see the fireplace from the bed.
