This fabulous property offers barefoot luxury, great food and a fabulous range of activities in an idyllic natural location.Hacienda & Ecolodge Morgan's Rock is a one-of-a-kind vacation destination, and offers a unique selection of on-site activities, including kayaking, fishing, agri-tourism activities, bird-watching and wildlife spotting. The Pacific coast of Nicaragua is a surfer's paradise, and trips to nearby surf beaches can be arranged from reception. Scuba diving is also available at San Juan del Sur. Guests wishing to explore further afield might wish to take trips to colonial Granada, or explore the country's spectacular active volcanoes. As a part of Hacienda & Ecolodge Morgan's Rock is a fully functioning, low-impact farm, much of the produce used at the lodge's restaurant is sourced on site. This includes organic fruit and vegetables, dairy products, and even a sustainable shrimp farm. Cuisine at the outdoor restaurant and bar is based on a variety of authentic Nicaraguan dishes, along with a selection of international favourites. Located on a shady platform overlooking the pool, the restaurant boasts fabulous ocean and jungle views, along with stunning sunsets. Type of rooms: Hacienda & Ecolodge Morgan's RockBeach Bungalows:Each three-sided bungalow is perched on a cliff 9-30 metres over the private beach and cove, just across a 45 metre jungle suspension bridge. Set into the treetops, the bungalows can accommodate up to five guests. Outside on the balcony is a special feature - a queen size day bed suspended by thick marine rope, reminding guests of the casual luxury they've come to experience and setting an appropriately relaxed pace for duration of their stay here at the hacienda. All Bungalows include one king-size bed and one queen-size sofa bed, and the bathrooms feature two sinks and a solar heated shower. Bungalow size 42 sq m. Keep heading straight on until reaching a fork in the road, and turn right at the yellow sign that says "MR". Keep heading straight on until reaching the Main Gate that reads "Morgan's Rock Hacienda & Ecolodge" on the right hand side. Once you enter, follow the signs that read "Ecolodge".
