Terrace Room:
This charming room is fifteen steps down on the lower 'Terrace' level corridor. It has a queen-size bed and an open fireplace, and the en-suite bathroom has a Shower/bath. This is a slightly smaller room but it has a Garden Terrace. Maximum two guests.
Premier Queen Room:
The Premier Queen Room is a large room with a fireplace, a large en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination. Maximum two guests. One queen-size bed.
Luxury 'Easy Access' Room:
This elegant disability access room is close to the main entrance of The Mansion, and has a very open-plan bathroom with a wide shower. Maximum two guests. One queen-size bed.
Tower Room:
This delightful room is fifteen steps up into the Tower. It has no rooms beside or above it, and is very private. This is a large room with a queen-size bed and an open fireplace, and the en-suite bathroom has a shower/bath. Maximum two guests.
Arches Room - King Room:
The Arches Room is located fifteen steps down on the lower 'Terrace' level corridor. This large Room features unique 'arches', hence the name of the room. It is a very intimate, private room, tucked away at the end of the lower corridor. It has a King bed, a large open-shower bathroom, and access to the Garden Terrace. There is no fireplace in The Arches. This room converts to a Twin Share Room, easily accommodating two King Single beds. Maximum two guests.
Alloway Banks - Terrace Spa Suite:
This suite opens out from the bedroom onto the Garden Terrace with sun lounges. It has a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a whirlpool tub in the bathroom, and an open fireplace in the Living Room. It is on the lower 'terrace' floor, and is accessed by fifteen stairs to the lower corridor. Maximum two guests.
Three Bridges - Premier Spa Suite:
This magnificent suite has a sun-room overlooking the river adjoining the living room with an open fireplace, a king-size bed in a spacious bedroom with a second open fireplace, a whirlpool tub in the bathroom, and private access from the sun-room to the front garden terraces. This suite is at the end of a private corridor with five steps, with no rooms above or below. Maximum two guests.

All rooms and suites have river views and include an in-room mini-bar with tea, coffee and complimentary soft-drinks; all day tea, coffee, soft-drinks and Honour Bar in The Salon; complimentary internet access, DVDs and library; complimentary off-street parking; complimentary use of all facilities such as bikes, kayaks and the sauna/hot tub.
