Cyclists are sure to enjoy the Via-Verde de la Matarranya greenway, an easy route that stretches from Valdealgorfa to the historic villages of Valderrobres and Cretas, passing through idyllic landscapes of fruit trees and olive groves. Consolación hotel has just twelve luxurious rooms, divided between the new-build cube structures and the historic hermitage building. All rooms are air conditioned, and feature a range of modern amenities, including Wi-Fi and i-Pod docking stations. The hotel also boasts a unique outdoor swimming pool, carved in rock and nestled in the delightful garden terrace of the hotel. Guests can also take advantage of the Consolación restaurant, where the chef and his team create delicious menus based on the finest local ingredients - rice from Castellón and the typical produce of the region, including truffles, citrus fruits, almonds and honey, masterfully combined with the latest culinary tendencies and techniques.
